4. Rise: We map out a 90‑day purpose plan with concrete goals, milestones, and voice‑note accountability between sessions.

Hi, I’m Heather—mom of two grown kids, former corporate‑warrior‑turned‑holistic guide, and a proud member of the Kansas City “sandwich generation” caring for both teens and aging parents. A few years back, peri‑menopause brain fog, auto-immune issues, career pivots, and endless car‑pool runs left me wondering, “Is this really it?”

So I went searching for answers that were deeper than another self‑help book. I trained as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Certified Quantum Human Design™ Specialist, Emotion‑Release Practitioner, Certified Energy Healing Therapist, and Intuitive Medium, blending science‑backed energy work with down‑to‑earth coaching. The tools helped me clear the clutter, reignite my purpose, and feel truly at home in my own skin again.

Now I help other mid‑life women do the same—without the woo‑woo overwhelm. Together, we reveal your unique design, release stuck emotions, and realign your life so you can step into a confident, joy-filled second act. How is Coaching different from Therapy? Therapy often looks back to heal past trauma and diagnose mental‑health conditions.Coaching looks forward.  Together we:set clear, future‑focused goals,use practical tools—Human Design, emotion release, energy work—to clear blocks, create an action plan for the next chapter of your life.

If you’re in an active crisis, a licensed therapist is the right first step. If you feel stable but stuck and want guided momentum, coaching fits perfectly—and can work hand in hand alongside therapy if needed.

 

How much time will I need to commit? Your time is valuable, and so are you! There is nothing more important than the commitment we make to ourselves and the time we take to invest in ourselves and our well-being. As women, we have been asked to put our needs on the back-burner. This is a mindshift that will bring profound change to your life.  Below are some guidelines on commitment time. It’s up to you how much time you choose to pour into yourself!

  • 4‑Week Foundation Package – one 60‑minute session per week + optional homework (≈30 min).

  • 3‑Month Transformation – bi‑weekly 75‑minute sessions (6 total) + personal practice (≈1 hr/week).

  • 6‑Month Mentorship Container – twelve 75‑minute sessions + ongoing voice‑note support; expect 1–2 hrs/week for reflection and small action steps.

 

Real change happens between sessions, so plan on short, doable exercises that fit your schedule—not hours of reading or heavy coursework.
